Overview

BayBulkDeals specializes in industrial equipment, automation systems, and bulk supplies for businesses in Northern California and beyond. These terms govern all sales and transactions. By requesting a quote or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Sales Policy

• All equipment is sold in its current condition as described in product listings
• Buyers are responsible for verifying product specifications meet their requirements
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice until a quote is accepted
• Payment terms are established at time of sale

Product Condition

Our inventory includes new, refurbished, and surplus industrial equipment. Product condition is described in each listing and specification sheet. We encourage buyers to:

• Review all specification sheets and documentation before purchase
• Request additional photos or information if needed
• Arrange on-site inspection for high-value equipment when possible
• Ask questions about product history and condition

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping arrangements and costs are determined at time of sale based on equipment size, weight, and delivery location.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise negotiated
• Local pickup available at our San Ramon, CA facility
• Freight shipping arranged for larger equipment
• Shipping damage must be documented and reported within 48 hours of delivery
• Buyer assumes responsibility once equipment leaves our facility

Warranty Disclaimer

Equipment is sold without warranty unless explicitly stated in writing. Any manufacturer warranties that may still apply are the responsibility of the buyer to verify and claim. We do not provide warranties on used, refurbished, or surplus equipment.

Limitation of Liability

BayBulkDeals' liability is limited to the purchase price of the equipment. We are not liable for:

• Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Costs of substitute equipment or services
• Any claims arising from equipment use or installation

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
